Garmin GPS 530 on other aircraft besides cessna? How can I add to panels or as plugin?

I am making the switch from FSX to Xplane as the graphics are amazing but trying to figure out some missing items in the switch.  The most important so far is that I only see the Garmin GPS in the Cessna but I would like to add to other planes? Is there a plug in or addin for GPS to show on screen as pop out like cessna?

X-Plane has a beautiful little application called Planemaker ( it is in your main X-plane folder) which will allow you to modify your aircraft or create new ones.  CAUTION:  Backup any files BEFORE you start playing with Planemaker (for obvious reasons).
