Unable to load with X-Plane 11 Global Scenery

XP11 pb11. Went to start flight this morning, won't load with following message:

Global Scenery/X-Plane 11 Global Scenery/   X-Plane cannot run with this package installed - You may to reinstall...

Flew yesterday with no problem, standard shut down

I would recommend removing all plugins and then trying to update.
