How to set the aircraft starts in cold and dark in XP11

Question

Sometimes I just want to load the aircarft in cold and dark condition and start the engine by myself to make it closer to reality, I know it's quite easy to do that in XP10 but I haven't find how to do that in XP11. If anyone know plz tell me! Thank you

Btw I love Xplane I have used it for years but the interface of XP11 is not friendly to user from previous versions.

Start XP 11, select NEW FLIGHT, select your aircraft, click CUSTOMIZE, check or uncheck the box that says START WITH ENGINES RUNNING.
