How do you raise the seat height position for high angle of attack landing approach in X-plane 11

When attempting a carrier landing approach in X-Plane 11 in Aircraft F4 it is not possible to maintain visual contact with Fresnel Lens. Changing field of view ( FOV) does not help to " see" over the nose.

Did you use the arrow keys (next to the number pad on your keyboard)?  Try using the ^ arrow to change your view.  Give a thumbs up vote if this helps.
