I was trying updating my X-Plane to the latest version. Every time I try it, there is an error. I can not download the data for update because of " could not resolve proxy name" or " Time out was reached" I try to update in multiple network. I contacted customer support and they said it is a problem with my firewall but the firewall on my computer is off.
