demo runs at 1frame/s or less

Running a Xeon 12core chip with 12gb memory, windows7 64bit, that runs FS at acceptable frame rates but xplane 11 demo is stalled? Any ideas appreciated.

Your GPU, a QYADRO FX 3800, is probably too weak :

You can change rendering options in Settings > Graphics and try again.
