my forward view is at a 70 degree angle - how do i reset it?

as can be seen from the attached image my forward view is at an acute angle - how can I reset this to upright? I have tried using the move view commands but this was of no use. I have no idea how the view got like this - I have not changed anything.

Try going to Settings > Graphics. In the Monitor configuration section, expand the "Field of view" to find the "reset FOV" button which will change this setting back to defaults.

Then expand the Visuals Offsets section and use the "Reset visual offsets" button to reset that as well.
