x-plane11 and also x-plane 11 installer crash

I've been using x plane11 well and today i install openal becouse the sound of Dreamfoil AS350 doesn't work and after this any program of x plane 11 works, either the x plane 11 installer.

From your description it sounds like installing openal is clearly the issue. Remove any plugins, run the installer and pick "update" to get files back to default. I'd also recommend moving X-Plane out of the C: drive root folder.
