My FPS are way below 20, around 5....

I have a MacBookPro 2016 / OS Sierra 10.12.3 / 2,9GHz processor Intel Core i5 / 16 Go memory 2133MHz LPDDR3 / Graphic card: Intel Iris Graphics 550, VRAM 1536 Mo  GPU

I've set in XP11 Graphic settings:

Rendering options:

Visual effects:mediumm, Texture quality: high, Antialiasing: 4x

How can I higher my FPS?

Hi,

Compare the specs of your Mac and XP recommended specs and you'll see why. Macs are NOT good for running XP since they have god awful  specs and are overpriced. You literally need a new computer since yours will not run it. Laptops are generally bad BUT a fully flushed out gaming laptop like a Sager will run it perfectly. Macs also have bad cooling which is why XP will run poorly.

I plan on buying a Sager laptop in the summer with an :

I7 [email protected] ghz

WD 512 gb SSD

WD 512 gb SSD (yes 2)

Nvidia GTX 1070/1080 (haven't decided hopefully the 1080 ti gets added)

16/32 gb RAM (haven't decided)

This will end up costing me about $2500+

My current Desktop:

I7 4770k @ 3.5 ghz

EVGA GTX 970 4 gb VRAM ACX 2.0 SSC

Corsair Vengeance 16 gb RAM

MSI Z87 G41 Mobo

Samsung 850 Evo 256 gb SSD

Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler

650 watt PSU

I get 30 FPS with medium settings

Hope this helps
