How do I use 64 bit?

Question

In my Xplane folder there is only a 32 bit option and a Xplane option how can i get a 64 bit option?

In app folder there should be two app icons: for "X-Plane-32bit.exe" and for "X-Plane.exe" which is a 64-bit app.
