download issues

Question

just sat here for an hour watching x plane 11 download, at at the end it says cant complete due to authorization. i have admin for my computer, just paid and now very disappointed. so much for the latest and greatest. please answer.

Hi Martin,

Sometimes issues arise if you are trying to install into a protected location. This includes the Applications folder on Mac or the C: or Program Files folders on Windows. Try a different location if this is the case.

Otherwise attach a copy of the installer log.txt from the desktop which will have more info for us.
