You will need to be at the airport or close enough that the area it is in has loaded so it appears on the local map screen. You can use the mouse scroll to zoom in and out on the map. If you have the box next to "All ILS" checked (in the bottom right corner) any ILS info that is in X-Plane's default nav data should show up on the map.
You can click on the small end of the ILS wedge to select it and see the name, frequency, etc. Learn more about the options in the Local Map in this section of the manual.
