Using my HASP

Question

I just updated xplane and now it wants a product key or disk. I have my hasp but it says that the developer is unidentified. Please help me unlock.

Make sure you have installed the HASP drivers.

Otherwise, please give more information about what you updated. "Updating" X-Plane 10 to X-Plane 11 for example is not valid. We do not have USB keys for the home use version of X-Plane 11.
