X-Plane 11: sometimes high FPS, sometimes ridiculous LOW fps. Same conditions. Nonsense.

Question

Sometime it start with high fps (>50/60) sometimes with incredible low fps (5/10).

Same starting conditions (aircraft, airport, graphic configuration ecc), no other program running, bought it on steam 23 June.

Same here, I've tried tweaking everything and sometimes when decreasing settings the frame rate gets worse.

i fix it deleting preferences.

From steam library, right click on x-Plane 11 --> properties --> local files --> browse local files --> Output --> Preferences

Delete anything inside it (backup a copy). I keep only Joystick settings and key.
