When I open the x-plane 8.64 program,it says I need a 3D accelerator card to run the graphics of the program,what do I do and need??

You need a 3D accelerator card.

Also known as a "graphics card" or "video card." Any PC built in the last 10 years should have a video card capable of 3D drawing.
