Hello!

Last Saturday the 27th I sent a mail to [email protected] asking what details or data is needed to request my Xplane 11 product key /serial I've lost.

I had no answer since that day

So, is this the right place? or do I have to fill a form or something else?

Hi Paco,

Yes that is the correct contact email. If you've completely lost your product key email, you can provide the email address you used to purchase X-Plane and we can look it up for you. If you still haven't heard back, you can also email me directly at jennifer (at) x-plane.com.

 If you ever get locked out, all you would need to provide is the last 8 digits of the product key.
