Can i update the airac cycle for free in x plane 11??????

I was just wondering if somehow it would be possible to update the airac cycle for free as I have already paid 50 pounds for x plane itself so I thought it could update itself for that amount of money.

No, you can't. You have to buy a new one from Navigraph or Aerosoft for a couple of bucks. You can buy either a single airac or make a supscription where you get all new airacs (13 every year).
