On the default 747-400, i cant seem to set the auto-throttle below 166. If i try to turn the knob to make it go lower, it doesn't do anything. Is this a bug or some purposeful feature? Input would be greatly appreciated. I am running the latest beta of 11.2, but I have had this problem since at least version 11.1
