Can the land bridge at the start of Sydney Harbor be removed, also same off Palm Beach NSW, both do not exist in real life and make Sydney Harbor look fake,

Long shot: if you or somebody creates account and updates OpenStreetMap.org, those changes will eventually (as in months or years) be reflected in XPlane scenery.  That is my personal understanding and experience as I updated some rural USA details (roads, fields, buildings both add, move and delete) on OpenStreetMap.org and in version 11 of XPlane the changes I made were indeed reflected.
