My FPS is not usable

I purchased X-plane 11 and am running vers 11.25r2. I am having trouble with the setup, My FPS is not usable. It is around 17 with all graphics at minimum and viewing a runway. I have a Dell XPS i7-6700 CPU with 16 GB RAM running Window 10 and a NVIDIA GTX 1070 Ti video card with 8 GB. Can you help me fix this issue?

Hi Dennis,

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from down under.

There could be quite a few problems causing your dilemma.

In the first instance attach the Log.txt file which is created at the end of your flight or a crash so that others with a greater knowledge base can ascertain a precise cause.
