hi, my fps have been rather poor since purchasing the simulator. on any rendering setting i will be getting around 12 - 23 fps. i have gone through all my settings and found no difference in fps.

i'm running a fx 6300, 1050 ti, 16gb ram and 1tb storage on windows 10 64 bit.

i know its not the most powerful machine but i would expect at least to see some flyable fps.

thank you for your time - Cameron.

Hi Cameron

I'm not from Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK, but it might be worth you having a look at the very informative YouTube video from the excellent Q8Pilot.

His video goes into all of the relevant PC and X-Plane 11 graphics settings and which adjustments maximise frame rate.

Your system spec looks fine to me :-)

"Your system spec looks fine to me",

Really????

A 7 year old AMD fx-6300 is barely capable of running any of the most modern games - let alone a CPU/GPU intensive flight simulator such as X-Plane 11.

The answer to the OP is to upgrade your PC.
