xplane 11 crashes repeatedly even after doing regular updates

Hi

This my first posting , and have been using xplane for 3 months with no issues. Recently, it started crashing while still on the ground or during a flight. The screen just goes black and the pc reboots. There is no file attach button , for me to attach the log.txt.  Please help ,as  I would like to keep enjoying this fantatstic platform.

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

To attach the log.txt file have a look at the answer at https://questions.x-plane.com/19582/xplm_plugin_xplane

It does work.
