Greyed out enable VR hardware on GTX 950M using a Levono WMR

Question

My system runs fine with other game. I tried starting it in Steam VR and with out Steam but no luck it wont allow me to check that  box. With virtual reality portal on and also off and nothing. I bought this game to play VR  I hope there is a fix for it.

Be sure to turn on Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR before launching SteamVR and X-Plane.
