frame rate slow

This is a complaint.  Recent update 2-2-2019 on one of 2  computer flight sims is  rendered unusable.

No. 1   ASROCK Z170 i5-6600K 3.5 GHz no overclock with NVIDIA 1080 (current update on card,not an I variant) 16 GB DDR4 1866/2133.  Not able to get more that 16 fps and program tell me it is only running 13 fps.  Using 19 in monitor screen.  Was running 70 fps.  Also it will not use real time weather.

No. 2  MSI X99S i7-5820K 3.3 GHz no overclock with NVIDIA 970 16 GB DDR4 2400 on TV monitor 32 in screen.  NOT Affected.  Still runs at 45 fps.

In the first instance attach your log.txt file created during a crash or after a normal shut down on the PC you are having problems with.

In doing so this will be a starter for others with a greater knowledge base than me may be able to determine your problem
