blank screen on save flight

Question

I've tried to save a flight, but all I get is blank blue screen.  It was working recently, but now, i can not save a flight

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK, but I have a couple of questions at this stage:-

1. What version of X-Plane are you using?

2. Please confirm the hardware specification of your PC/Laptop?

4. I am going to assume that as you have reported a 'blank' blue screen, that it is just that and not the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) which may indicate other issues. Please confirm?
