Problem sending but not replying

Hallo ,I have 2 PC connected in lan with 2 x plane 11 license..I have Windows 10 pro.

The problem is that when the n.2 PC are connected (1 PC is the master and PC 2 is visual ) there is An inscription that says "send but not replying " can you help me?

For example, if I turn on the landing lights on PC 1(master) I don't see the lights on the PC 2 (visual)..how can I do?

Can the PCs ping each other using the addresses you configured?
