Impossible to configurate flight throttle quadrant

Question

I used x-plane 10 with no problem with Saitek Yoke and quadrant. I buy a new qudrant that it is connected by usb to the Yoke. I just buy x-plane 11 and I configured both following the instructions and video and so on, but when I star a flight doesn't function. I tried to conect the quadrant directly to the computer and no change.

With other flight simulator (Prepar) I have no problems

I review the forum to look if there is more information but any of the sugestion solve the problem.

Any idea or sugestion?

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from downunder.

Firstly unlike any other "shoot-em-up games" or flight sim packages eg Prepard any hardware has to be installed through X-Plane.  Especially saitek/logitech products.  There is no other way.  Not even through your operating system.

There is to be no evidence of saitek software  installed on your PC.  It does not work with X-Plane.  It needs to be removed and the disc(s) buried in a deep hole in your backyard never to be seen or used again.

I am a little confused regarding your installation.  What instructions have you used and what video did you watch?

The yoke and throttle quadrant is normally purchased as a package.  Have you purchased an addition quadrant or replaced your existing unit.

In answering my questions it will help me in providing a possible solution for you.
