How to modify control surface deflection of plane independently?

Question

using X-plane, I want to give another 'control input' to plane's aileron or control surface(right and left independently). When I sent 'a input'(u) in terms of aileron's deflection, simulator get just 'one commend input 'u'' and then one side of aileron get 'u', other side of it will get '-u'.

So, i consider how to give different input 'u' and get different deflection of both side of aileron.

can i get some answer for the problem?

I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from down under.

Please be more specific regarding your problem.  What are you trying to calibrate to effect your calibration assignments and the methodology you are using.
