I can't fly over 2.5-3 hours without an engine failure.

Question

I can't fly over 2.5-3 hours without an unexpected engine failure due to "fuel problems." I double checked the failure settings and no failures are set. It doesn't matter what plane I fly whether it's the Zibo 737 or the Flight Factor 767, I will always have an engine failure. Please help me out, thank you!

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK, but at the risk of asking a very silly question, can I assume that you had sufficient fuel for your trip, either in lbs or kgs and that all fuel pumps were switched on?

Further, it may be worth uploading to this post a copy of the XP11 Log.txt file to see if there are obvious reasons for the engine failure?

So yes I did make sure to pack on enough fuel, and when the engines failed on the most recent time this issue happened I had about 16,142 kgs of fuel left, or about 4 hours and 20 minutes. I also checked that all fuel pumps were on, and they were. This is why I was asking because there was nothing wrong in the plane, and as I mentioned before the issue has happened multiple times, on planes like the zibo 737, flight factor 757 and 767, etc. Anyways, heres my Log.txt file:
