Distorted image on load

On load I get what is best described as tunnel vision in 3d cockpit view as if I am a long way away from the controls. Zooming in corrects the problem until a new screen loads. Purchased aircraft won't load in cockpit view but still distorted. I have had to move my x-plane file around a few times as my small c drive SSD had to be changed to HSSD.

Hi Peter,

Probably the easiest thing to check first is your preferences. Try moving the output > preferences folder to the desktop and restarting X-Plane to restore defaults. Aircraft can also have separate specific preference files, so you might try moving those as well (the default C172, for example, has "Cessna_172SP_prefs.txt" in its folder).
