why is atc windows incorrect

Hello,

When initiating the ATC window, all I get is a long text field? (Not the usual ATC Window)

I tried upgrading to 10.50 and still have the same issue?

Can you please help?

The multiplayer option is checked in Net Connections. When it's turned on, the ATC box becomes a chat box instead.
