Xplane 11 Pogram stops working message at the start of Installation

Question

My already  installed version of x-plane 10 also will not update ..giving the same message

Graphics card drivers are up to date with 2gb, Processor is I5 with 8gb ram

.

hope that you can pin point problem from log file for XP 11 attached

There is no chance to quit...I see the black command screen and then stops working within about 2 seconds.

here is a version 10 log from update attempt which looks to be a little more complete

hopefully, this will give you better information.

The log attached is incomplete. Please start and quit the installer for a complete log. You can also send a copy of the X-Plane 10 log if it will complete as it will have the system information we probably need.
