I have been round and round with customer service about not receiving my key. No email whatsoever but the money has been taken out of my account.I have emailed pertinent info to
[email protected] but no response in either my inbox or spam folder. It's been 4 days since my purchase. I am getting ready to pursue a cancellation if this can't be resolved soon. I would appreciate it if I wasn't dismissed instantly by the service phone number. I just want to fly.
