I followed all intructions i checked the cpu to ensure another copy was not running, i reset the computer. I unloaded and reloaded xplane 11 on my iMac. It worked fine before the most recent update. I have checked and I do not have  another copy running in the background. I also checked the Ipv6 settings were on...still comes up with the same message every time I try to load it...What do I try next? Do i just remove the entire program completely and is for a mac...Thanks.

If restarting your computer didn't help, do you have the internet disabled off for some reason? Attach a copy of the log.txt after you see this message & quit X-Plane for further help.
