How to fix nosediving?

lately in every plane i fly, it all of a sudden starts to nosedive at random moments during the flight. How do i fix this problem?

If disconnect yoke while in autopilot flight, does it still occur?   Eg is it yoke input or something else?   Are random failures engaged (Menu, Flight -> Edit Failures, Reset all Failures).   Other hardware or controls or LUA scripts messing with Autopilot or KOHLs setting?

MAKE SURE Your planes are not overspeeding/Underspeeding On Take Off! I had this same problem in the Jardesign A320. Also check your Hydrualics.
