Same here Matt, I tried to contact them.

I'm contacting PayPal for full refund as this isn't good enough when purchasing a digital download.

I'm disappointed because wanted to purchase A320 add-on for upcoming sim training and use my MacBook.

I'll have to go back to FSX on PC and purchase an A320 add-on from Fly Away Simulation.
