altitude and heading knobs not working correctly.

Question

I just bought a new computer and the mentioned knobs do not work correctly. If I move the view, it will 'sometimes' respond. I will include the log.txt file, though I'm not sure it will be of any benefit. I cannot replicate the problem with a screenshot. It is very irritating since I just made a HUGE upgrade from what I had.

Ummm.. where is the insert file button? not on my KB or on this page.  ??
