As shown in the linked image, many of the 3-D Cockpit Command-Lock objects in my newly-purchased ERJ-195LR are not displaying properly (e.g. flight display screens are transparent, I'm not able to select frequencies)

I checked the user manual but didn't see where this type of issue was addressed in it.  I've also seen other display-related issues in other views as well.  I suspect that the underlying issue for this one is the same for the others as well.

My system config is as follows:

Platform: MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)
Processor: 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
OS: El Capitan (v.10.11)

Thank you.

I am not familiar with the ERJ-195LR since it is a payware aircraft and not part of the default X-Plane aircraft line up. Do you see this same issue with any of the default aircraft? Was it working at first but has now stopped working?

My first suggestion would be to contact the artist or the place you purchased it through for support.

It's possible there could be differences between the 2D and 3D panels. They have to be designed separately in Plane Maker. It's also possible that certain knobs, switches, etc were not wired up behind the scenes to be manipulable.

None of the default aircraft -- or other pay ware aircraft for that matter -- have behaved like this one.

I'll contact the place of purchase and see what they have to say.  Thank you much.
