Why don't cars have a shadow in X-Plane 11?

Question

Looking at the airport scenery, I realize (at my rendering settings) that other planes cast a shadow, but the trucks moving around do do. That make a kind of ghosty appearance. Why that?

In Settings > Graphics you can check if "Draw shadows on scenery" checkbox is checked.
